SAN DIEGO — A person was found dead Tuesday morning near a Target store in Vista, authorities said.
Dispatchers received a call shortly before 6:10 a.m. from a person who reported the body was in an area behind the store on University Drive near Sycamore Avenue, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
The circumstances of the fatality were not immediately clear.
