SALES ASSISTANT - KFMB AM & FM
KFMB Radio Sales (100.7 JACK FM and 760 AM) is searching for a sales assistant to assist Account Executives with local sales and to coordinate, prepare and distribute information as requested by sales managers and account executives. Position is also responsible for preparing presentations, creating sales proposals, and typing correspondence. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, pulling contracts, preparing media kits, posting ratings for under-delivery forms and client requests, inputting orders for Account Executives as needed, updating and distributing rate guide, maintaining and updating account list for local sales. Candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel (graphic design preferred). 1-2 years experience in a similar position and AS degree desired. |

KFMB-AM 760 Radio - San Diego's Talk Station - is searching for an advertising Account Executive to develop and generate new business. Position requires the consistent development of new business while meeting specific monthly revenue goals. Candidates must be able to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, craft proposals and business correspondence, effectively present information and interact with clients, follow up to ensure collection of payment from clients, and supervise all of the advertiser’s promotional events that they sell. 2-5 years broadcast sales experience, specifically selling News/Talk, preferred. Candidates must possess a current valid driver's license and be able to provide proof of current automobile insurance. |
