CHULA VISTA (CBS 8) - A Chula Vista special education teacher is being held on $2 million bail, charged with committing sex acts on a child who was not a student.
According to published reports, Loren McDonald, 37, was arrested Monday at Olympian High School in Chula Vista. He was arraigned Wednesday and charged with eight felonies.
McDonald was placed on paid leave, but that could soon change.
His preliminary hearing is set for May 24.
