SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – A two hundred pound pig was spotted 'hamming it up' on the streets of Vista Friday morning.
The sight-seeing swine spent 20 minutes wandering near the 800 block of Barsby Street.
Calls came in about an animal on the loose, so deputies were dispatched to hunt down the hog.
Before they got there, the owner showed up. She says her pet, Miss Piggy, somehow opened the gate and went for a walk.
Bringing this not-so little piggy all the way home took a little coaxing. But Miss Piggy is now home safe.
No one was injured and no damages were reported.
