SAN DIEGO — Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders touched on mental health reform during a town hall event in Vista Monday night.
Sanders also focused on immigration issues, the economy, healthcare and education.
On Monday, Sanders was one of five 2020 Democratic presidential candidates who spoke in San Diego at the annual conference of the nation's largest Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization.
