We have a winner!
Almost 200,000 votes were tallied up in the San Diego Humane Society's annual "March Meowness" competition.
Ultimately Oreo the cat was crowned the winner, followed by Frodo the goat.

It's back again! It’s March Madness, which also means it’s "March Meowness!" Brackets have never been cuter in this fur-oucious photo competition.
The San Diego Humane Society has unleashed March Meowness for the fifth year in a row and is a proud partner with CBS 8.
"It's a really fun competition and opportunity for pet lovers to enter their favorite photos of their pets! It's free to join and a lot of fun," said Nina Thompson with the San Diego Humane Society.
From fluffy felines to quirky critters, pet owners are clawing their way to the top with the cutest snapshots.
How to enter
Best of all, it’s free to play, and it’s easy to enter.
Just snap a photo of your pet, upload it for free at sdhumane.org/contest, then vote! You are allowed one vote per day per person to fetch the top prize.
Don’t be fooled by the name — the contest isn’t just for cool cats!
"Even though its called March Meowness, we accept any photos of pets! From turtles to horses, fish to guinea pigs! All animals all welcome," said Thompson.
Prizes available for top shots
The top eight photos are in for a treat! The lucky shots will snag cash prizes fit for the most distinguished furball.
First place wins a $250 visa gift card, followed by more prizes. Last year the humane society received 1,400 entries. So far this year, they already have 50 fur-tastic contenders, and the competition is just getting started!
"We are really excited about this competition! It's fun, it’s free! We need something to smile about, and this is one of those special opportunities," said Thompson.
You have until March 20 to enter your favorite pet into the playoffs!
