SAN DIEGO — When it has to be fast and good this is the recipe to serve the family. Pair this with a nice salad and garlic bread and you've done it again. Because if it's not good it's not worth the effort!
- 1- 28 oz. pkg Fresh Ravioli, any flavor
- 1- 25 oz. jar Pasta Sauce
- 1 ½ Mozzarella Cheese, grated
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 350°, use a 9" x 13" baking dish, preferably glass or ceramic. Pour the Pasta sauce into a mixing bowl, put the ½ cup of warm water in the jar, shake and add to the Pasta sauce and mix. Coat the bottom of the baking dish with Olive oil, layer the bottom with half the uncooked Ravioli, cover with half the Pasta sauce and top with half the Mozzarella Cheese. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients and finish with the Parmesan Cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, remove foil and broil just long enough to lightly brown the cheese.
