SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Two sailors are back on dry land after their boat sank off Point Loma.
The Coast Guard, harbor police and lifeguards responded to reports of a distressed 36-foot pleasure craft that was taking on water Thursday morning.
Apparently the boat's male and female passengers were knocked overboard by strong waves. One suffered minor injuries.
The vessel is now completely underwater, but the Coast Guard says it is not a hazard to navigation.
