(CBS 8) - A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for a two-year-old girl who was kidnapped from her Sacramento home.
Police say Madeline Layla Samaan-Fay was abducted last Thursday by her father, 49-year-old Moni Samaan. The FBI says it has reason to believe Madeline's life is in danger.
The two are believed to be traveling in Samaan's dark green 1998 Toyota 4-Runner with California license plate 3XRM111
