SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The medical examiner unsealed the autopsy Thursday for Marine wife Brittany Killgore, more than three years after her body was found dumped near Lake Skinner.
The report revealed that Killgore was strangled and her body showed signs of attempted dismemberment.
She was identified by a tattoo on her wrist that spelled out Eileen.
Three Fallbrook residents, involved in sadomasochism, are now facing murder charges in Killgore's death.
The autopsy showed that no illegal drugs were found in the victim's system.
