POTRERO (CBS 8) - The brush fire that broke out in the Marron Valley area, known as the Barrett Fire, is 100-percent contained at 95 acres Sunday, according to Cal Fire officials.
There was 1 minor injury to a firefighter. The cost to fight the fire is estimated at $200,000 and full control of the fire is expected tonight at 6 p.m., according to Cal Fire.
Currently there are 10 engines, 6 fire crews, 1 bulldozer, 4 water tenders, 1 airtanker, 2 helitankers, 2 helicopters, 4 overhead, 115 firefighters total on the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

POTRERO (CNS) - A brush fire charred nearly 100 acres in a remote area of the Marron Valley area Saturday, Cal Fire officials said.
The blaze broke just after 1 p.m. in a rugged area east of Barrett Lake, according to Cal Fire Captain Mike Mohler. Hand crews and aircrafts were used because of inaccessible terrain.
The blaze did not threaten any structures, Mohler said.
The U.S Forest Service and the San Diego County Sheriff's Department aided in the suppression effort.
The fire's cause remained under investigation.
