Brown hair, brown eyes
Christopher Westerman (52) is a local fugitive with an outstanding $100,000 warrant for possession of controlled substance for sale and transportation of controlled substance. Westerman has prior convictions for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle, being under the influence of a controlled substance, petty theft, false identification to a police officer, possession of a controlled substance for sale, burglary, evading a police officer, driving under the influence, and receiving stolen property. Westerman is known to frequent the southern portion of San Diego County and should be traveling with co-defendant Requel Marie Villegas (49).

DOB: 02/03/70 (49)
Description: Hispanic Female
5’ 06” tall, 145 lbs
Black hair, brown eyes
Requel Marie Villegas (49) is a local fugitive with an outstanding $50,000 warrant for possession of controlled substance for sale and transportation of controlled substance. Villegas has prior convictions for child cruelty, identity theft, possession of a controlled substance, burglary and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Villegas is known to frequent the southern portion of San Diego County and should be traveling with co-defendant Christopher Westerman.
