Christopher Lee Fore (31) is a local fugitive with an outstanding NO BAIL warrant for obstructing/resisting an executive officer. Fore has prior convictions for theft of utility services, resisting an officer, and possession of narcotic controlled substances. He is known to frequent the North Coastal areas such as Oceanside and Carlsbad.
