SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - San Diego police are deciding whether to file charges against the people who were firing shots in the backyard of a Mira Mesa home.
Officers were called to the home on the end of Aquarius Drive before 11 a.m. They say several people were firing a small caliber handgun for target practice, which is illegal within city limits. Several shell casings were found in the yard.
No one was hurt.
