EL CAJON (CBS 8) - Rain may have been a factor in a fatal accident late Thursday afternoon in El Cajon.
Few details are being released but we know that two cars tangled and the driver of a blue Kia sedan was killed. Her name has not been released.
It happened at Washington and Wichita just east of the downtown area.
Police blocked off the intersection during an investigation. The rain may also delay reopening the streets.
