TALMADGE (CBS 8) - The driver involved in a car crash in Talmadge that injured a 4-year-old girl is under arrest for felony DUI.
Police say the SUV was heading north on Aldine Drive Saturday morning when the driver hit a curb, over-corrected, then lost control as he merged onto Fairmont Avenue.
A 4-year-old girl was thrown from the vehicle and suffered a number of cuts that needed stitches.
Police say she was not in a car seat or booster, or wearing a seatbelt. A 2-year-old in a booster seat was not hurt.
The 23-year-old front seat passenger suffered minor injuries and the 27-year-old driver who was arrested was not hurt.
