SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A hearing Wednesday morning, for a man accused of driving drunk and in a fit of road rage, who killed a woman in Mission Beach.
Maruta Gardner was cleaning up graffiti in February, when she was killed.
Prosecutors say Jonathan Garcia hit her, while chasing another car.
He faces gross vehicular manslaughter and other charges.
