EL CAJON (CBS 8) - A homicide investigation is underway Monday after a woman was found dead inside an El Cajon apartment, authorities said.
Video footage shows a county medical examiner bringing out the woman's body from the Roanoke apartment building.
The homicide investigation started Sunday evening on the 100 block of Roanoke Road.
The property manager of the apartment complex tells News 8 that the victim is a woman in her 30's, and that her husband was taken into custody.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
