SAN DIEGO — Firefighters halted the spread of a roughly 10-acre brush fire off Dehesa Road and Sloane Canyon Road in the Dehesa area, east of El Cajon, according to Cal Fire.
There were no reports of structural threats or injuries as of Monday afternoon.
