SAN DIEGO — The Olympian High School Color Guard is making waves in the community.

Under the guidance of Color Guard Director Jisselle Cardenas, the students have performed a routine that tackles the difficult topic of gun violence in schools.

The students have placed 1st in every competition they've entered. Ashley Jacobs takes you to Chula Vista to see the performance.

The Olympian High School Winter Guard is an award winning color guard group competing under the direction of Jisselle Cardenas. Made up of a group of around 60 individuals of all levels of experience, we aim to entertain, improve and achieve in all of our work and in each performance.
