Families with EBT can visit these San Diego County museums for free. Here's how.

More than 20 museums across San Diego County offer free, or reduced admission to qualified families.

SAN DIEGO — Are you looking for something educational, fun and free to enjoy with the family during the summer? There are more than 20 museums across San Diego County that offer free, or reduced admission to qualified families.

Families that receive SNAP benefits are offered free or $3 admission to San Diego County museums this summer.

The Museums for All program aims to provide people of all backgrounds a chance to visit museums regularly at a free or discounted rate. There is no limit to the number of times families can take advantage of the deal.

How to participate

Want to plan your trip to one of San Diego County’s popular museums? All you need to do is present your SNAP EBT card and valid ID at a participating museum. 

Museums for All has more than 1,300 museums participating in the program throughout the United States.
