SAN DIEGO — A home for sale in Rancho Santa Fe is now the most expensive listing to ever hit the market in San Diego County.
Willow Creek Estate sits on 77 acres of green pastures and features a main house and several other structures.

Willow Creek Estate is in one of the most exclusive zip codes in the United States. It’s a sprawling property in Rancho Santa Fe and it’s on the market for $100 million.
“They really wanted to create something that was organic that went back to nature and something that was understated not something that was ostentatious or over the top,” said Jason Barry, real estate agent from the Jason Barry Team
The exterior of the home and guest home are painted in a classic Santa Barbara white.
Inside, there is a mix of tile and wood flooring, wood beams line the ceiling and all of the furniture is now included in the sale. On the first floor of the main house is the kitchen, den, family room, living room and dining room.
Down the hallway takes you back to a lounge with three bedrooms. A walk down a flight of stairs takes you to a wine cellar and the game room for the main house. Upstairs is an expansive primary bedroom.
Barry led CBS 8 outside to see the view from the back porch. As far as the eye can see are perfectly manicured green pastures, a 2-acre equestrian arena, a large 28-stall barn, a garden, a cowboy bunk house that sleeps 12 and a manager’s quarters.
“So when you come back here this is when you get the appreciation of exactly what we’re talking about, the magnificence of the whole estate,” said Barry.
The property was once owned by the Haas family, heirs of Levi Strauss, and their daughter trained here to be an Olympic equestrian.
At the far south end of the property is a 15-acre private bass filled lake for swimming, paddleboarding or boating. The guest house is home to a 2-bedroom private suite, a game room with pool tables, air hockey and a two-lane bowling alley. There is also another kitchen, a bar, and a large gym.
“This is literally ten minutes to the freeway, to the beaches, to the coast, that's unheard of,” said Barry.
Barry told CBS 8 that there have been several showings but no offers yet.
