SAN DIEGO — One of the newest luxury apartments located in the heart of San Diego will open its doors to new residents next month.
The Nash, a new luxury residential community located at 4135 Park Blvd next to Sprouts Famers Market, is expected to open in May.
The 190 unit, seven-story building is located on the busy Park Blvd corridor connecting neighborhoods in University Heights, North Park and Hillcrest.
The company behind the building, CEDARst, said The Nash features ''wellness-oriented amenities for holistic living."
"The Nash’s amenity spaces, curated by an in-house design team, offer a plethora of amenities designed to enhance residents’ lifestyles and foster community," the company said.
The building is part of the Chicago-based real estate company CEDARst’s West Coast expansion. The Nash is CEDARst’s first mixed-used apartment community in Southern California.
