ESCONDIDO, Calif. — The mayor of Poway and his musician daughter are utilizing their love of country music to help children in our community.
Steve and Anna Vaus stopped by Morning Extra to talk about Carols By Candlelight, a benefit concert for Rady Children's Hospital, and their family's connection to the cause.
Anna recently performed at the Grand Ole Opry. You can catch her and some other headliners, like Collin Raye, on Dec. 13 and 14 at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido at 340 N. Escondido Blvd. The concert begins at 8 p.m. both nights.
