SAN DIEGO — You've heard of a food diet, but have you heard of a "self love" diet? San Diego's Paul Fishman was a personal trainer when he noticed a lot of his clients were trying to lose weight to impress others rather than trying to get healthy for themselves.
That's when he became a self love coach. Fishman says the best way to kick off a self love journey is to realize how often you seek unhealthy validation from others.
Paul has a road trip- style podcast called "The Road to Self Love" where he drives around with his guests. They discuss how to ditch people-pleasing tendencies and self-sabotage.
