SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Wednesday kicks off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Panera Bread & Café has a sweet way to support the fight against breast cancer.
Throughout the month of October, Panera Bread will sell pink ribbon bagels. Twenty five cents of each one sold benefits Susan G. Komen San Diego.
Meanwhile, the San Diego Chargers and Susan G. Komen are offering free on-site mobile mammography and clinical breast exams for qualified women age 40 and older. The event is Thursday, October 2 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
