Peso Pluma performs at Pechanga Arena in San Diego

Peso Pluma made San Diego one of his stops for his ‘Exodo Tour.’

SAN DIEGO — Mexican singer Peso Pluma made a stop in San Diego Thursday as part of his ‘Exodo Tour. He’s making stops in several cities throughout the United States including Florida, Washington D.C. and Brooklyn New York. 

“I think Peso Pluma is just a fun artist to watch to see perform and love his music,” fan Mia Corrales said. 

It’s the love for his music that drove fans to see him Thursday night, many waited several hours to see Peso Pluma live. 

“I think he just has a lot of genres and I listen to a bunch of different genres so he's able to provide that,” fan Anahy Garcia said. 

Peso Pluma's recent album features songs like Reloj, Vino tinto and La Patrulla. The award-winning artist has already had several hits in his young musical career, which brings pride to his growing fan base. 

“It's just cause he’s Mexican and I'm Mexican and I feel like it makes me feel proud,” fan Ana Paola Sanchez said.

Peso Pluma has collaborated with several artists like Karol G, Becky G and in his most recent album, with Cardi B. 

“[He] just makes you want to party,” Anahy Garcia said.
