ENCINITAS, Calif. — A group called "Encinitas 4 Equality" will march to support the Black Lives Matter movement on Friday at 6 p.m.
Marchers will start at Cardiff Kook and walk to Encinitas City Hall.
Participants are encouraged to wear face coverings and bring signs.
