SAN DIEGO — A seven-story residential and commercial development is now proposed in the heart of North Park, next to the famous North Park sign at 2906 and 2912 University Avenue where the historic Odd Fellows Building now sits.
According to the city of San Diego, an application was submitted and posted to the city's website on December 18, 2023 for a permit to build a seven-story mixed-use multi-family residential development with a total of 92 units, 16 of which will be designated as affordable.
