SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Four Camp Pendleton Marines are safe after their helicopter makes an emergency landing on a golf course in Fallbrook.
The UH-1Y Huey started having problems during a training mission Monday night.
The pilot says the aircraft was about to drop like a rock, so he landed in the safest place possible. The pilot says the golf course was perfect because there's easy access for the maintenance truck.
