SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – A Mexican tall ship that's on an American training cruise made a stop in San Diego Friday.
The Cuauhtemoc set sail in Mexico earlier this month and will visit 22 ports in the next seven months.
The ship's name translates into "ambassador and knight of the seas." The captain told us he hopes he and his crew of more than 250 can spread a message of friendship and good will.
