A foreclosure fight is not over in Mira Mesa.
June Reyno broke out a window to get back into the home she says is being wrongfully taken from her.
In October 2008, News 8 cameras were there when Reyno chained herself to her home in protest. The sheriff's department kicked her out, but she said she was staying.
Reyno has lived in the home for nearly 20 years, but owes more than $700,000 on it. She claims she took bad advice from a mortgage broker.
