A Navy sailor is charged with murder after he shot his friend to death in what he says was an accident.
Luis Urbina was killed at his San Carlos apartment Wednesday.
His friend Clinton Echols told police he accidentally shot Urbina while showing him his gun.
Detectives said Echols actually shot Urbina as they played video games and didn't call 911 right away.
Both men were sailors on the USS Ronald Reagan.
