(CBS 8) - From health care to anti-bullying, there are about two dozen new state laws that are now in effect. The laws were passed last year, but went into effect at stroke of midnight.
Most bills passed by the legislature and signed by the governor take effect on january 1, but a host of new laws start mid-year.
