New photos show the grim conditions inside the Antioch house of Phillip Garrido, the man accused of kidnapping, raping and locking away a Bay-area girl for 18 years.
A building inspector took the photos last month, just days after Jaycee Dugard was found alive.
The house was condemned as unsafe to occupy.
The photos show furniture and trash piled up, as well as exposed wiring and an open toilet that is not connected to a sewer.
Cadaver dogs could also be seen searching the back yard for clues in the disappearance of two Bay-area girls in the 1980s.
