SAN DIEGO (CNS) - An 11-year-old boy who went missing in Logan Heights returned home Friday morning, police said.
Jesus Guardian was last heard from about 1 p.m. Thursday when his father dropped him off in the 2800 block of Logan Avenue, where he planned to walk to a nearby Starbucks to meet a friend, San Diego police Officer Tony Martinez said. But Guardian's father told police he was unsure if his son ever met up with the friend.
Police sent out a photograph and missing-persons notice for Guardian early this morning. At 8:30 a.m., an officer said Guardian had returned home. The nature of his 19-hour disappearance was not immediately known.
