Coronado mayoral candidates face off in live debate

CORONADO, Calif. — Three candidates running for mayor of Coronado will face off during a debate hosted by The Coronado News.

The debate will be held Tuesday, September 24 in the Nautilus Room of the Coronado Community Center.

The Coronado mayoral debate will be live streamed by The Coronado News starting at 5:30 p.m.

The Coronado News team sat down with John Duncan, Casey Tanaka and Mike Donovan to learn about why they are running for mayor and how they plan to address issues in the area, such as the Tijuana sewage crisis.
