SAN DIEGO — The 2024 presidential election is underway with voters casting their ballot early in person and via mail-in ballot.
Want to vote before election day? Here’s how you can cast your ballot and vote in person before Nov. 5 in San Diego County.
Early voting
- According to the San Diego County Registrar of Voters, San Diego County started early voting starting on Oct. 7
- You can vote early Monday through Friday
- Open between 8 a.m. through 5 p.m.
- Starting, October 26, select vote centers and the Registrar’s office will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through November 4.
- Starting, November 2, over 200 vote centers and the Registrar’s office will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through November 4.
- On the final day of voting, November 5, all vote centers, official ballot drop boxes, and the Registrar’s office will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
