EL CAJON, Calif. — The U.S. House of Representatives seat for the 50th Congressional district has been empty for many months since the Duncan Hunter scandal. Now, Election Day is approaching and voting is underway. News 8 interviewed Darrell Issa is and Ammar Campa-Najjar about their run for Congress. Each candidate was asked the same 4 questions on Thursday, Oct. 8.:
