SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Authorities are responding to a boat that's washed ashore in Ocean Beach.
It was reported just before 6 a.m. Monday.
When lifeguards arrived, the boat was empty. Officials say it may have been a "load boat."
There were gas tanks and evidence that several people were also on board.
Lifeguards handed the case over to the Border Patrol and Coast Guard.
