LA MESA (CBS 8) - Rowdy crowds at this year's Oktoberfest have the City of La Mesa rethinking the event.
Hundreds of teens spilled into the streets along the fountain area near the trolley and the parking garage under the La Mesa Village Plaza, and security was called in to break them up.
