SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A San Diego firefighter has been placed on administrative duty as he's being investigated for possible sexual misconduct inside a local supermarket.
San Diego police have confirmed 32-year-old Phillip Allan is the subject of an investigation.
The eight-year veteran of the fire department allegedly targeted a female employee at the Albertsons in Tierrasanta.
Allan tells News 8 that he's innocent and will vigorously fight the allegations.
