SAN DIEGO ( CBS 8) - Surf enthusiasts and film-makers from all around the world have gathered in San Diego for the Fourth Annual San Diego Surf Film Festival.
The San Diego Film Festival is taking place in La Jolla, and 25 films from around the world are expected to be shown.
The film festival kicks off Wednesday night with a VIP-party, and films will be screened Thursday through Sunday.
