Officer Mills was surprised with a motorcycle police escort from police headquarters downtown to her home office at the southeastern division.

Mills was joined by her husband and son, who are both police officers.

"He told me that I need to go Downtown and be down there at 2:30 p.m. And I got down there and I saw all the motors gathered around and I knew what that meant," said Mills.
