SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 48 year-old man was arrested and charged with murder Saturday morning over a shooting death in Mira Mesa.
The unidentified victim, aged 46, was found inside a residence in the 9000 block of Jergens Court at around 2:45 p.m. on Friday with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body, San Diego Police Department Lt. Paul Rorrison said.
Gerardo Zarate, 48, of San Diego, had been in an altercation with the victim and was arrested and charged with his murder, Rorrison said.
