OCEANSIDE (CBS 8) - In the north county, a tire shop employee has pleaded not guilty to groping two women Friday.
Prosecutors say 41-year-old Jose Giron groped two female customers at "Olive Tire Shop" in Oceanside while they waited for their cars to be fixed.
He was arrested this week after the victims came forward.
If convicted, he could face more than four years in prison.
