Here's a look at the Padres murals popping up all across San Diego County

"You see hundreds of people, showing up in Padres gear, head-to-toe, all day long, just to take pictures of the mural," Joe Azua said.

SAN DIEGO — With another win Wednesday night, our excitement for the San Diego Padres only continues to grow - but they aren’t just at Petco Park - their faces can be found all across the county, in the form of paint.

Murals that continue to pop up are increasing the momentum!

The company Ground Floor Murals seems to be behind most of the masterpieces that capture both their passion and personality.

"We wanted to time it around the Playoffs, because everyone was getting pretty hyped up," Padres fan, Joe Azua said, who appreciates the combination of art and sports for the Friar Faithful!

"You see hundreds of people, showing up in Padres gear, head-to-toe, all day long, just to take pictures of the mural," Azua added.

Mural locations

  • You can find a Manny Machado mural on the side of Vogue Theater, on 226 Third Avenue in Chula Vista. Just a block away, you'll see Fernando Tatis Jr., but you have to know where to look. It’s in the alley, behind 3 Punk Ales Brewing Company. It says "The wait is over." May that be the case!
  • You can find 'no no Joe' on the Grossmont High School campus in El Cajon, on 1100 Murray Drive. Musgrove did great on the mound Wednesday night and continues to make locals proud.
  • The second no-hitter in franchise history also deserves this attention. You can have a photoshoot with Dylan Cease's mural in Chula Vista, at a shopping center on Paseo del Rey.
  • In Kearny Mesa, on a wall, outside of a restaurant on 4681 Convoy Street - you can find Padres pitcher Yu Darvish.
  • Former Padres are also feeling the love. You can find Tony Gwynn at 4151 University Avenue, in City Heights and the Trevor Hoffman mural is on a surf shop in Encinitas, on 1105 South Coast Highway 101.
