SAN DIEGO (AP) — The San Diego Chargers are getting back to football.
Quarterback Philip Rivers was at team headquarters Tuesday morning. He says he's looking forward to getting everyone back, and he believes most players kept in shape during the lockout.
Center Nick Hardwick likes the team's chances of getting up to speed fast. He says having a fifth-year head coach in Norv Turner is an advantage.
Team physicals are Wednesday, followed by the first practice on Thursday.
