SAN DIEGO — Those hoping to fly to Hawaii this summer from San Diego have a few more nonstop options.
Southwest Airlines plans to add new nonstop flights to three cities in Hawaii.
Here's the route breakdown:
The Dallas-based airline also will bump up their San Diego to Honolulu route to two daily flights starting June 6.
“With Southwest Airlines' added flights, San Diego International Airport now has more service to Hawaii than we've ever had in the past,” said Kimberly Becker, President and CEO of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, in a prepared statement.
Those traveling to Hawaii still have to follow COVID-19 protocols. That includes proof of a confirmed, negative COVID test result.
