BONITA, Calif. — A local coffee chain is creating a buzz in the South Bay near Chula Vista.
The San Diego County-based Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is coming to Bonita December 18. It's the companies latest addition to its 20 locations in in Southern California.

Menu items vary by each location, but customers can take a peek at the Bonita Better Buzz options on the menu. The company prides itself on providing high quality beverages in a lively atmosphere and has been roasting its coffee in Vista since 2002.
Customers might want to beeline over Monday morning, but ready for a long wait. CBS 8 reported in November the new Better Buzz off Mission George Road in San Diego had long wait lines and created traffic congestion in the nearby area.
Better Buzz's VP of Marketing Amanda Cameron also told CBS 8 in November they are aware of the congestion, but are trying to be mindful of people in the area.
"The morning does get a little busier, the cones are there as a precaution. We do our best to move that line along quickly, and be a good neighbor," she said.
Additional team members are inside brewing and outside taking order in the drive-thru line during peak times. Many say the unique brew is worth the wait.
"The response from the community has been phenomenal, Cameron said. "It truly does serve a better buzz. When you drink our coffee, you have a better day."
